Advocate Historical Archive
The collection consists of biographical photographs, subject photographs, biographical files and picture CD's. Processing of the biographical photographs is complete. The rest of the collection is still being processed.
altBR Podcast Records
The collection contains episodes from the altBR podcast, headshots of the individual’s interviews, and crawls of the website—all of which is born-digital. The collection will be arranged in two series. The first, Episodes, will contain the audio files and the corresponding headshots. The second, Website, will contain WARC files for each capture of the website. Social media and external links from the website will be captured as well.
American Bicentennial Collection
There are five series in this collection: objects, papers, periodicals, ARBA official publications and Quilts. Each series is divided into topics and then arranged in alphabetical order.
Antioch Baptist Church Records
The collection contains two scrapbooks, a selection of photographs, a membership ledger, meeting minutes and an assortment of miscellaneous papers reflecting the financial and administrative activities of this small Baptist church.
Association of Talent Development Records
Materials are about the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). Materials include financial reports, bank statements, taxes and CD Statements from 2001 to 2014. Also included are a scrapbook, digital files from 2013/2014, and Employee Learning Week Proclamations from Governor’s office.
Banta/Philharmonic Club Papers
The collection reflects Mrs. Banta’s activities in the Philharmonic Club as well as a few family keepsakes of ID badges and old credit cards. The records of the club contained in this collection also reflect the financial and social activities of the group.It contains a small amount of the Banta’s personal correspondence (primarily Christmas Cards) as well as receipts from local businesses related to the function of the Philharmonic Club (printing & floral).
Baton Rouge Area Chamber (Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce)
This collection consists primarily of published materials including newsletters, special topic reports and studies commissioned by the Chamber. There is a small amount of ephemera.
Baton Rouge Arts and Humanities Council
The collection includes the monthly newsletter, Discoveries, put out in the late 70s and 80s by the Arts and Humanities Council of Baton Rouge as well as records pertaining to the creation and function of the organization from conception to present day. Included are booklets, by-laws, correspondence, brochures, event programs and maps, and materials relating to Art Block and Moving Forward EBR Schools.
Baton Rouge Fire Department
Collection includes logs and record books, fire and public safety reference materials, scrapbooks, and records relating to the organizational and transactional history of the department.
Baton Rouge Garden Club Records
Collection consists of scrapbooks (some in very poor condition), yearbooks, and several miscellaneous folders.

35mm color slides of Baton Rouge Green projects. Some before/after sequences, some aerial views. Primarily main intersections in East Baton Rouge Parish. Some slides contain administrative information. Some slides copyrighted to Don Putnam as indicated.

Baton Rouge Music Club Records
The collection is comprised of eight series: scrapbooks, member list books, minute books, guest books, correspondence, and yearly bulletins, programs, and Bulletin and Directories.
The collection represents only a portion of the materials from the history of the club, but represents a full range of their interests and activities.
The scrapbooks act as an especially unique and complete source of the Music Club’s activities and membership.
